A Piping Hot Christmas for
The Kelowna Community Food Bank

The skirl of the pipes and beating of the drums echoed throughout Downtown Kelowna last Friday night, as the Kelowna Pipe Band went on its annual Pub Crawl for the Food Bank. The route included a number of stops, including O’Flannigan’s, Sturgeon Hall, Tonics, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 26, Kelowna Yacht Club, Rose’s, Kelly O’Bryan’s and Doc Willoughby’s, as well as a couple of impromptu visits at two private Christmas parties.

Many thanks to the businesses who opened their doors, and to the true generosity of Kelowna residents, who helped us raise over $2,182, which is the most money collected in recent years! Thanks again for your generosity, and Seasons Greetings from the Kelowna Pipe Band Society!
